Lake Murray waterfront property provides a unique set of challenges to real estate professionals. Pre-requisites for earning this designation include completion of the Lake Murray Real Estate Specialist Course and the designee's quantifiable involvement in the closing of listings and sales of Lake Murray waterfront property.

Born in Atlanta, Creighton grew up in Columbia and has lived there most of his life. He was a twelve year attendee of James H. Hammond Academy (The Hammond School) and received his undergraduate degree from the University of South Carolina where he became a member of the Sigma Chi Fraternity.

Creighton is a member of Trinity Episcopal Cathedral and attends church as often as possible with his daughter Gambrell. In fact, it was the desire to be more available to Gambrell that originally led him to a career in real estate.
